TAP CONGREGATIONAL CARE
Life’s circumstances can sometimes provide paths to unexpected places, sometimes painful and many times out of our comfort zone. Tap Congregational Care lets people know that they matter. We are a ministry of compassion and love, and a ministry of action.
“We were gentle among you, as a nurse nurtures her own children.” 1 Thess 2:7
Our Congregational Care Ministry serves the following:
- Prayer
- Pastoral Care and Counselling. This may possibly lead to a referral to a counsellor or psychologist.
- Care Training Sessions for ministry and small group leaders, and congregants
- Practical guidance and help (Newborns, Meal Trains, Milestone Birthdays and Anniversaries etc)
- Care Card Ministry
- Women’s (Tap Ladies) and Men’s (Tap Men) Ministry
- Love in Action (Care Packages)
- Financial assistance (Benevolence Ministry)
